- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Expect Receptionists to be rude, dismissive, rude, abrupt, rude and downright unpleasant. Don't be alarmed if you're asked "what are you seeing the doctor for" by the reception staff... even if it is clearly NONE of their business (yes, that happened, twice and they refused to help until I gave them an answer - astonishing). Waits are long and doctors are poor. I was once asked "what would you like me to do give to you for this?" as though I could just ask them for some pills to get me out of there. Gone are the days of friendly family doctors who know you and who might treat you as a person. Generally speaking, most people complain about this branch and the one at Bishop's Park which are all part of the same practice, mainly on the poor staffing, telephones and bad waiting times.by Graham ThurstonMarch 04, 2017
