- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They can't answer simple questions over the phone. It took an hour, 3 phonecalls and multiple people to extend our insurance and even then we were highly dissatisfied. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very upset with this company, policy marketed as Just Kampers. We were not informed that the policy was on auto-renewal, they kept our card details without being asked to and, with no correspondence whatsoever, debited our account for a vehicle which has been SORN since September. When I called, there was no apology, a highly offhand lady informed me that I may have to prove that the vehicle is SORN before refunding it. No apology, nothing.
