  They can't answer simple questions over the phone. It took an hour, 3 phonecalls and multiple people to extend our insurance and even then we were highly dissatisfied. The quote was ridiculous. Good riddance. I'm not sure how this company actually survives.

  Very upset with this company, policy marketed as Just Kampers. We were not informed that the policy was on auto-renewal, they kept our card details without being asked to and, with no correspondence whatsoever, debited our account for a vehicle which has been SORN since September. When I called, there was no apology, a highly offhand lady informed me that I may have to prove that the vehicle is SORN before refunding it. No apology, nothing. Will never deal with them, or Just Kampers again.
